FL Laser Marker for Industry

The FL series laser marker represents the best that technology has to offer in the field of laser marking, produced in different models this benchtop laser marker can be ordered with the most suitable laser source to meet the specific needs of the customer's application. In particular the models are:

• IM-FL-300 (20W Fiber) with 20W fiber source
• IM-FL-500 (30W Fiber MOPA) with 30W fiber source with MOPA technology
• IM-FUL-500 (5W UV) with 5W UV source

Thanks to its versatility, it is possible to obtain precise and high-speed marking on the various materials supported by the specific source technology. For example, thanks to the MOPA fiber laser source, the FL500 laser performs many types of marking on metal; standard, black, gray, white, color and deep. The FUL500 Laser with UV source is extremely versatile, allowing marking on a very wide range of materials; in addition to metals, it also engraves transparent materials such as glass and plexiglass, two-color plastic for plates, ceramics, leather goods, wood and much more.

The standard size of the working area is 110 x 110 mm, but a larger marking area of up to 200 x 200 mm can be requested to suit different operational needs. In addition, the device is equipped with an integrated Z-axis with a travel of 220 mm and a laser guide pointer for easy control of the engraving position.

High-precision scanning heads enable marking of tiny characters, while the Z-axis control system can be automatic or semi-automatic. For marking on cylindrical or tubular materials, a 4th rotary axis is available for engraving the outside or for engraving the inside of rings. The compact size makes this marker ideal for installation in tight spaces.

The FL series laser marker features specific output signals for controlling external devices and I/O ports for integration with other devices.
