Portable Cordless Dot Peen Marking Machine

The MNSB-155 model is a portable cordless dot peen marking machine, designed to mark a wide range of materials, including plastic and any metal up to hardened steel. The marking area is 150x50 mm, thanks to the practical 18 V lithium batteries, depending on the battery capacity, it can reach an autonomy of 8 hours of continuous use, making it perfect and completely autonomous for mobile marking operations in the factory or on the construction site. The standard Makita batteries allow for quick replacement to work continuously by alternating the batteries.

The rugged, impact-resistant, glass-filled nylon construction ensures durability in harsh industrial environments, while the high impact force allows for marking of very heavy or large parts.

With an ergonomic design and a low weight of only 3.4 kg (with 3 Ah battery), the MNSB-155 portable marker is easy to handle and does not cause fatigue.

The system supports marking of linear text, circular text (text along the circle), serial incremental counter, marking of HPGL or DXF logos, marking of QR codes, marking of Datamatrix codes, marking of the current time... ensuring precise and long-lasting results through a tungsten carbide tool that strikes the material with a rapid sequence of micro-dots.
