The BOFA AD 350 is a fume extraction and filtration system that effectively removes potentially harmful particles created during the laser marking process. It keeps the work area dust-free, helps protect equipment and eliminates contaminants from the work environment.
The AD 350 fume extractor is cost effective, quiet and can operate continuously thanks to its brushless motor and high quality impeller which allows ideal performance to manage fumes in light duty laser marking applications, including schools, sign shops and small scale industrial environments. The AD 350 can also be used to extract fumes created during welding.
BOFA AD 350 has a high airflow, it also has an indicator that warns the operator when the filters are 75% clogged and a filter block indicator that lights up when it is time to change the filters. This allows the operator to always be able to guarantee effective filtration and removal of harmful dust.
HEPA combination filters offer filtration levels of 99.997% down to 0.3 microns.
The BOFA AD 350 extractor and fume scrubber works without having an outlet hole for fume exhaust, discharging the air purified by the internal filters directly into the room through slots located in the lower part of the appliance.
Prefilto
The BOFA DeepPleat pre-filter features a 100m high sealed pleated layer of F8 media that provides a large surface area while being extremely compact. The filter media is glass fiber and provides a filtration efficiency of F8 (95% at 0.9 microns).
Combined HEPA filter
AD 350 also uses a HEPA H14 filter (high efficiency particulate filter) tested and certified with a minimum efficiency of 99.997 below 0.3 microns and 95% for 0.1 microns.
The second stage of the filter is activated carbon and ensures the capture and removal of all dangerous contaminants. The contaminated air remains in contact with the activated carbon bed for a sufficient time to ensure complete elimination of contaminants and odors.
The structure of the combined filter is made of steel.
